Colorful Hearts: Paint Fun ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is a coloring app made for children and families, and we take your family's privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. The App is available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, photos, contacts, or location to use the App. Your coloring pages and progress are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.
2. No Advertising
The App does not display any third-party advertising. There are no ad networks, no advertising SDKs, and no behavioral or interest-based ads in the App. We do not build advertising profiles of you or your child.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for children. Because it shows no ads and requires no account, children can colour without sharing any personal data, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR, if you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. Subscriptions and any purchases are handled by the app store and protected by the store's parental controls (see Section 4).
4. Subscriptions and Payments
A selection of coloring pages is free to use. Additional coloring content is available through an optional auto-renewing premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Parents can also restrict purchases using the device's parental controls (Screen Time on iOS or Family Link on Android).
Payments are processed securely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Your subscription entitlement is verified through the respective store.
5. Analytics and Diagnostics
We do not collect personal data for analytics. The app stores (Apple and Google) may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics — such as download numbers, crash reports, or basic performance data — that do not identify individual users.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Additional coloring pages may be downloaded from our content server (hosted on Cloudflare); these requests transfer only coloring-page content and do not contain personal information. We may disclose information only if required by law.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep the App safe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
